Since ebooks are so popular and, in most cases, comprise the majority of your book sales, be sure to include links to your other books in the end. Including excerpts is another option. Making it easier for your readers to discover your other books and possibly sample them can help build your fan base as well as encourage sales. If they liked your story there’s a good chance they’d like to see more.

I figured out how to put pictures of my books on my blog’s sidebar, but think it would be even more useful if I could embed links in them. Do you know if that is possible? (I assume it should be, but haven’t figured out how to do so.)

I suspect it’s possible but don’t know how. Seems the sidebar is under widgets so maybe there is some item there that would facilitate it.

The sidebar indeed uses widgets, but they don’t seem to have the same ‘infrastructure’ as those on my actual website — In other words, I know how to embed links there, just not when a widget is involved… Must find time to look into this.

In my experience, WordPress can do just about everything but it can be a trick to figure out how. Maybe they have a help desk or chat.
