It’s not easy to get your book(s) into libraries, but your library-utilizing fans can help by putting in a request. To facilitate such support, be sure to post library request forms on your website, blog, or print copies if you’re at a book signing or other event. Forms must include the ISBN as well as your book’s distribution channels. Library’s cannot purchase the book directly from you, so it needs to be available from one of the distributors from which they can order. Note that many of the larger libraries now have ebooks as well.
This is a great idea! Do you have a sample form that I could look at?

I have forms on my website for each of my books. Go to StarTrailsSaga.com and go to any of the books. Near the bottom of the page there should be a link to a pdf file that has a library request form. In this case I definitely practice what I preach! LOL!

Thank you! I will check it out. This is a brilliant idea. But, of course, you are brilliant! I am absolutely loving your book, The Terra Debacle!!!

I’m so glad you’re enjoying it! People seem to love it or hate it. Thyron is a bit off the wall. LOL.

I love your website! Ed Perrone did a great job! You guys thought of everything. If/when I decide to switch to a paid website from my free WordPress, I will use yours as a template. I found the library request forms. These are great! I’m going to see if I can figure out how to incorporate these onto my site. Thanks, Marcha!

You’re very welcome! It’s on WordPress, too, but a paid version so I have the URL. The trick is finding the right template, which can take forever! It seems no matter what you have in mind, you can’t find one that’s exactly what you’re looking for. I was ready to scream by the time I decided on one for KalliopeRisingPress.com. It still needs some tweaking, but getting close. BTW, your books arrived at my daughter’s but I haven’t had a chance to talk to her yet about them. I need to see if my grand-daughter got hers, too.
