This has got to be one of the stupidest things I’ve ever heard of in my life. Only California could come up with something so utterly stupid. Of course all the millions of cars and other pollutants have nothing to do with it. Right.

Yes, deforestation is truly a major problem and it sounds like they’re blaming that on the cows, too. Meanwhile, McDonalds’ faux food is killing people, too. The world has gone crazy.

They’ve been talking about cow’s methane production for decades. Why don’t they capture it? Makes great fuel, a good natural gas replacement. Can’t you just see cows wearing some device to capture their emissions? LOL.

I have heard bits and pieces about that. Mainly, I’ve heard how they are chopping down rain forest in South America, to 1) harvest timber & 2) plant grass for cattle (in more than one rant, the cattle were for McDonalds) … the other aspects of those rants were:
1) As the rain forest got smaller, the Sahara desert expanded.
2) Many floral and fauna species were becoming extinct.
3) Deforestation was changing global climate
4) Deforestation contributed to erosion.
I’m sure there were more points, but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
