Instilling a love of math, science and engineering in children is an important step toward preparing them for a good job later in life.Β My hope as a science fiction author is to contribute to this type of interest and support STEM.

From what I’ve seen, those who earn science-based degrees generally average a higher salary that those who earn a BA.

It certainly helps. If I’d gotten an English degree instead of physics I doubt I could have retired when I did.
